ENTREE

Roasted zucchini, tomato, and basil soup, garlic parmesan crouton, virgin oil drizzle, snipped chives

Tiger prawn cocktail revisited, green apple, shallot, cherry tomato, sauce Mary Rose

Twice baked swiss cheese soufflé, Fried vegetable julienne, crushed roasted hazelnuts,
basil oil

Caesar salad, crispy coss lettuce, roasted bacon, garlic croutons,  parmesan shavings


MAIN

Preserved lemon chicken supreme, crisp risotto sage cake, tomato passionfruit apple jam

Slow braised sweet pork belly, sweet potato roshti cake, apple and rhubarb chutney, chestnut puree, crackling

Roast lamb loin, mint and onion farce, cumin spiced ratatouille, rosemary jam, red wine glaze

Pan roasted barramundi fillet, Asian greens toasted almonds, soy butter sauce, micro herbs

Tian of smoked Tasmanian salmon, layered with avocado, crisp croustades, shaved fennel, créme fraiche, salmon caviar, Lilliput capers, Glenlee early harvest virgin oil

Mediterranean lamb chateau, olive oil, parmesan mash, garlic confit, olive cheeks, salsa verde
